“Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!”
Romans 11:33 NLT
The implication of these questions is that no one has fully understood the mind of the Lord. No one has been his counselor. And God owes nothing to any one of us. Isaiah and Jeremiah asked similar questions to show that we are unable to give advice to God or criticize his ways (Isaiah 40:13; Jeremiah 23:18). God alone is the possessor of absolute power and absolute wisdom. In the final analysis, all of us are absolutely dependent on God. He is the source of all things, including ourselves. He is the power that sustains and rules the world that we live in. And God works out all things to bring glory to himself. The all-powerful God deserves our praise.
I ask myself, why has God only know, changed my ways. Why did He take so long with me. If you had asked me a couple of years ago that this is my destiny I would have said you are crazy. How do we know what is going to happen to us? If it where up to us where would we be? God has the final say in everything and brings Glory to Himself. He will only do that rewards Him. If we are blessed in the process, what a bonus.
Does this mean that he wanted me to develop wisdom first? Will I ever know? You see it’s not important. All we need is faith, trust Him for everything? The Bible says faith the size of a mustard seed. On wow is a mustard seed small. It makes me think, if you plant that small seed, look at the result. Then if you nurture and care for that tree the results are even more outstanding. The same will happen if you nurture and care for your own salvation. Do God’s will. Think what can happen if you nurture and care for somebody in need.
I don’t question any more, I just have faith. Will we ever understand our walk in life. What the reason is for all the happenings. Scripture says we will never understand His ways.
“Lord I live by Your rules. I thank you for taking care of me. I pray for wisdom to lead others to You Lord. All the glory to You God. In Jesus name. Amen.”
