There is no Judgement

“There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. (‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬ NLT)
People often try to protect themselves from their fears by putting their faith in something they do or have: good deeds, skill or intelligence, money or possessions. But only God can save us from the one thing that we really need to fear—eternal condemnation. We believe in God by recognizing the insufficiency of our own efforts to find salvation and by asking him to do his work in us. When Jesus talks about unbelievers, he means those who reject or ignore him completely, not those who have momentary doubts. (Tyndale study Bible)
Read the scripture carefully – There is no judgment against anyone who believes in Him. Him being Jesus because God sent his only son to die for our sins. When you believe God promises eternal life.

I can understand why we struggle to believe, firstly we can’t see God. Secondly, we humans like to rely on our understanding. Instead off relying on God for wisdom and power.

As a young believer, you don’t experience the power of the Holy Spirit. It is set there to guide and strengthen you. It’s that power of the Holy Spirit that resurrected Jesus from the dead. Can you even imagine that, think what it can do for you. The Holy Spirit is around all the time; it’s that Spirit that guided you Church in the first place. Nothing happens by accident.

So just like the commentator says true peace does not come from worldly things. Because nothing in this world is lasting, all worldly things perish. The only lasting peace is with God because he promises eternal life.

” Lord I pray that you will touch all the world through the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name. Amen.
