Be kind and love

Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” (‭Ephesians‬ 4:31-32NLT)
We can bring sorrow to the Holy Spirit by the way we live. Paul warns us against unwholesome language, bitterness, improper use of anger, harsh words, slander, and bad attitudes toward others. Instead of acting that way, we should be forgiving, just as God has forgiven us. Are you bringing sorrow or pleasing God with your attitudes and actions? Act in love toward your brothers and sisters in Christ, just as God acted in love by sending his Son to die for your sins.
This is Christ’s law of forgiveness as taught in the Gospels (Matthew 6:14, 15; 18:35; Mark 11:25). We also see it in the Lord’s Prayer—“Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us” (Luke 11:4). God forgives us, not because we forgive others, but solely because of his great mercy. As we come to understand his mercy, however, we will want to be like him. Having received forgiveness, we will pass it on to others. Those who are unwilling to forgive have not become one with Christ, who was willing to forgive even those who crucified him (Luke 23:34).(Tyndale Study Bible)
I spoke about this before. As a man thinks, so is he.
What stands out to me is that when we apply these principles, the Bible teaches us that we will be complete. So if you want to be pure in everything, you should have pure thoughts. It makes me think of people that go on secluded mountain retreats to get in touch with their spiritual side. You see, you don’t have to do that. You can achieve that right where you are through the application of Biblical principles.
Like most things in life, it takes practice. It takes around three weeks to form a good habit but can be broken in a moment. So we should keep our minds pure as these attitudes determine everything that will bring us lasting rewards.
We have the Biblical principles, yet the most important thing is that we can rely on God and the Holy Spirit to give us strength and determination to achieve these goals. We achieve that through a healthy prayer life.
Apply and rely on God.
“Lord I pray for your strength and determination. Let me be kind to the world. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen”
