The LORD is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayers of the righteous. (Proverbs 15:29 NLT)
The heart behind prayers determines whether God hears them.
The LORD detests people with crooked hearts, but he delights in those with integrity. (Proverbs 11:20 NLT)
The world talks about Karma, but it does not exist. It’s actually God and the Holy Spirit. The scripture explains just that. Let me elaborate:
We have all felt or have been aware of that little voice in the back of our head (at least I certainly have). You see, that is the Holy Spirit working in you and me. Like I said before, it’s what helps you distinguish the difference between right and wrong. We have choices, and we should do our best to make the correct ones.
One of the first principles in the Bible is “Seed-time and harvest”. So a man sows, so shall he reap.
Reread the scripture. God asks us to pray, what we can’t do is pray with an impure heart, because you cannot expect God to fulfil that which is not pure in His eyes. To have a right and pure heart you have to do things out of love. It’s like giving money to the church and then worrying what happens to it. Trust God for He will put it to good work. So with that good heart, we should love, give, and do good deeds.
This is not karma like the world says. It’s God’s plan for us. The principal was established at the beginning of time.
Trust God and the Bible, and you will have favour before Him.
“Lord, I pray that people will rely on You and prayer. You promised us the favour when we do and ask correctly. Lord, I pray that you will guide me in that process. I thank you for these principles. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.”
