Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭24‬ NLT)

In order to accept Christ as Savior, we need to turn from our sins and willingly nail our sinful nature to the cross. This doesn’t mean, however, that we will never see traces of its evil desires again. As Christians we still have the capacity to sin, but we have been set free from sin’s power over us and no longer have to give in to it. We must daily commit our sinful tendencies to God’s control, daily crucify them, and moment by moment draw on the Spirit’s power to overcome them (see 2:20; 6:14). (Tyndal Study Bible)

Read this scripture carefully. Take time to think what it is saying. God’s Word is just incredible.

I told you before that there were things that I did wrong, and made bad choices. Becoming a Christian was a correct decision. The big thing, like I said before, is that everything in life is a call to action. We all have to take action and make the right decision. In short we have to do something. I took action and accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior it was a great adaption and today I am better for it.

God through His Son gave us the opportunity to nail our sins to the cross. That opportunity is available to us all. All we have to do is take action. It’s that simple. As believers, we should share this good news with unbelievers.
And just like the scripture says we won’t be perfect up front but you can crucify your daily challenges and trust God to cleanse you daily. All you have to do is trust God and his Son and take action. Accept Jesus as your savior.

“Lord I pray that you will help me touch people with your Word and that they will take the right action. I pray this all in Jesus name. Amen.”
